Another amazing sell out wine Tasting event with The Billies Piano Bar Crew! We started the day central at Vanilla the original meet point El motocaro was closed so dont go off the google map times with this restaurant!
We had very fair priced drinks! We was all ready to move onto for 6.50pm for the clubs reserved tables. We arrived and our names and wine preference was taken on entry and the place was full and dan was performing great sax background music.
The glasses was prepped and ready for the tasting event.
The red wine selection was well chosen with some fantastic red wines!
Dan introduced sean and sean gave us a wine tasting introductory talk with some great tasting tips and the one of four wines flowed out with matching paired tapas.
I personally loved the spanish tapa mix and wine selection 2, the priorat 7 2016 red.
Dan played songs on the saxophone which matched up with the food and wine we was tasting which i thought was a fantastic idea.
We finished up the last fourth pairing with a fantastic chocolate sweet which was amazing!
The evening was amazing and a lovely ambience. It ran smooth like clockwork and sean did a fantastic job with not just the pairing but the information presented along the course of the night. I liked the idea of the music pairing with dan they certainly give you a wine tasting event with a extra personal touch, twelve out of ten we hope you enjoyed the second amazing lunch club sponsored wine tasting event! Dan finished up with some fantastic songs which was the icing on the cake!
We moved onto piano piano for some more wine this time some italian delights and a pizza which was fantastic with some chili oil!!
