We have in the pipeline two days for lunch club.
First lunch will be Sri Lanken food with a double menu and large portion with pork knuckle curry or chicken curry with trimmings – Served with co lunch club founders the Los Ridos crew!
Second event due to the big success of my sous vide pork day I’ll be offering a double menu sous vide creation of pork loin and large aged fillet steaks which are amazing. With special fried rice or a mustard hinted mash ?
