Another absolutely fantastic day! Seamless and with new members! We can only wish the days can be fantastic like this every week! So we had katrina and mike returning so asked them there favourite restaurant and amazingly enough they said Kathmandu!!!!! So we started over at Guinns around one on our usual original day at around 1pm
We use guinns for our start bar a lot not just because of the massive variation of craft beers! But it’s guaranteed open and has the seating capacity for if we have big numbers! Plus you cant beat the staff and service definitely a 12 out 12 award here!
A great way to start the day with a 8.1 IPA!! Thank you bryan and the crew – awesome. We moved onto the Kathmandu to our reserved table for 2.30pm and swiftly got settled in! The wine was straight out!
And so was the starters!!
We didnt have a long wait for the main courses to start coming out i went for the sizzling lamb and prawn pahadi made hot which is a fantastic Nepalese dish bursting with flavours and the whole thing was off the scale probably the best ive ever had here!
Every one was more than happy even sue who doesnt like spicy was happy with her chicken nougats and chips!
We got the bills split and got complimentary sweets which are nice and prepared to move over to vanilla for a change! The food and service and price at The Kathmandu can not be beat again another 12 out of 12.
We tried some tree hugging on the way to vanilla!!! Hee Hee mike!! And we had plenty of room on the front of vanilla to get the remaining crew together!
We had a fantastic seamless day with new members! Absolutely 12 out of 12 this is what the club is designed for!
We moved onto new irish jims for last man standing laughs and drinks!!! Absolutely fantastic!
