For the first restaurant of 2026 we decided to kick off the year with a new restaurant we found which we love the food, the people and the service and to cap it off perfect prices! So we headed on down to the Carihuela, Torremolinos to start our day in the Sunset inn. Well priced beers and the views, well!..
We met around 1pm but we was very late duo to work rolling on, hey ho everyone was chatting away happily! I dropped some fresh beer for dan which was good timing i got his last wow!!!!
So we moved on for our reservation for 2.30 in surihuela tables was set perfect and they began in a relaxed manner taking the orders and separating the bills.
Everybody kindly waited there turn creating no confusion!! Out came the wine which as a fantastic red, well priced as well!
Saying there was 12 the wait time was fab and they hit us we a free pumpkin soup starter on the house to ease the wait time, accompanied by two sambols which where absolutely fantastic!
I usually go for a small soup, curried egg and rendang! But today i went for the rendang with noodles – i cant tell you have fantastic this was!
The club had a great variation of dishes including vegetarian options and soup which is also a main dish here.
Everyone was more than happy and there was that moment of silence when everyone was getting tucked in to the amazing tasty food! No complaints! We had a fantastic day, seamless with great company, nice and relaxed with no issues just having fun! Which is what we do on a weekly basis!!!!!
Here the food is well priced, your looking around 28€ a head which is very well priced we spend this roughly each week, you wouldnt complain!!!!
I have to say the restaurant dealt with this day seamlessly and professionally and the club was just running smooth with it all i have to give surihuela a massive 12 out of 10 we highly recommend it with couples or lunch club crew!! Thank you guys!
We had a slight last minute change in weather! The lunch club split early so we will make up for this next week!!
