Wow what a fantastic day central! We started the day central at one of usual start bar Guinns. The location, service and price cant be beat and we get well looked after by bryan and the crew! We love all the staff they are all very kind and friendly. We cut our start time down to a hour so we left around five minutes to two to walk over for our 2pm reservation at la cacerola.
We took the whole inside of the restaurant which was set out perfectly, unfortunately we had a couple of drops on the day but the restaurant was ok with this which is good. We was offered a introductory presentation by the staff welcoming us and giving us information on some of the cuban delights and other starters while we wait as all the food is fresh cooked on the day which is fantastic!
We went for the house red to get us started!
The food smelt fantastic couldnt wait for it to come out! I went for 300g entrecôte, baked potatoe and pepper sauce which was cooked to perfection!
The steak was absolutely bang on! Lisa went for the burger cajun fries this was a monster burger!
We was all happy and no complaints! I have to say the food and service in la cacerola is fantastic and its such a cosy restaurant to settle in and have a laugh! We used this restaurant years ago and it was ok, now its a big transformation and a big 12 out 12 for food and service la cacerola you have excelled and got some happy new customers! Thank you for the complimentary shots!
We moved onto new irish jims for last man standing!
We fired a house wine down and had the craic with kev and took of with friends to av spanish tapas bar in the heart of el calvario.
This is where fun began drinking, laughing with good friends and the locals which oscar bario entertained us with some fantastic flamenco guitar 🎸
la cacerola excelled and the current crew is fantastic with no complaints we are just having fun like the club is designed for!
