Quite a eventful day down in the carihuela! We started up the day at new antonio beach which is great for views but not so great on price and service! Bill splitting wasnt a good option and two of our members got charged well over so we would have to swerve with the club in the future! Nice views though!
On the way down we lost all electricity across europe and our mobiles started dropping off which was a bit scary! But we talked to dan at the sunset inn where we was pre booked in for lunch club to have sandwiches having no power! So we headed over to our reservation for 2.30pm and all got our tables! We decided on pay as you go option as it was easier with the waitress and the beers started flowing! We ordered our sandwiches and i got some cheesy wotsits! Lush! The sandwiches where massive on good english bread and also came with lots of home made coleslaw i have highly recommend for good quality english food here and the views well!
We got well looked after and lovely bubbly staff thank you dan and the crew no power cuts gonna ruin our day! We arranged to go and visit frank and the crew next door in zero zero which was cosy and we got fired in to the beverages!
The power restored and there was a lift as everybody cheered as the lights and music kicked in followed shortly by the mobile phones! Then frank ran over his menu with us and gave us some complimentary sharing snacks which was fantastic!
Thank you frank and the crew we had a fantastic time and lots of fun! We are looking forward to bringing the lunch club! The group split and we headed central which was fun and had a slight disruption to our day but we just carried on our day having fun and memorable moments with good decent respectful people.
Great to spend time with lisas son lewis and daughter in law jade they had a fantastic time plus it was great to be joined by harry and janet i wasnt expecting them so it was a surprise! Despite the power and disruption we had a fantastic day!
