Absolutely fantastic night with a great crew and food for dave!
A handful of us started over in guinns for a cheeky beer in the sun before hopping the train over to torreblanca to take dave out for some food and fun! We started out in the irish rover and im not a lager drinker but for 3.50€ a pint i cant complain! Have to say the Guinness looked pretty much bang on! We have cut our start meet time down to a hour so we headed over to the indian balti for 8.30pm to our reserved tables.
Rapid service with wine and starters and a winner as they just split the bill here like real professionals!
The house wine is cheap and cheerful and not bad to be honest! The dips are bang on with a nice hot sauce in the mix! The main dishes didnt take long at all and the garlic, chilli chicken, hot was absolutely amazing!
Everyone was very happy absolutely no complaints! The food, service and price at Indian balti is fantastic and its a real authentic curry here with the right spices and quality meat and fish.
Dave made a small speech thanking all the crew for coming over to see him he really enjoys his lunch club evenings catching up with the crew!
Lisa, me, phil and peggy made sure dave got home ok and hopped a taxi back to new irish jims for me and lisa for the traditional last man standing drink!
