Absolutely fantastic night going over to fuengirola to meet dave! Plus we had switch at the other end waiting with dave! So me and lisa started of in kevs, new irish jims and headed over to guinns central to meet phil and peggy for a pre train beer! Around 6pm and we headed to the train station for our 7:13pm train to torrequebrada where we met other lunch crew members to walk down to Monaghans to meet dave and switch. Its about a 3 or 4 minute walk.
All the lunch club members arrived and we got in a nice circle and had a beer and a good laugh! We headed down to indian balti for our reservation for 12 club members! The service here is fantastic and no messing around getting the wine out and starters!
The spicy popadom and dips here are great so we ordered more!!
The main courses did not take long and i went for a medium to hot madras as the curry here is hot but then crazily changed it to a hot madras as he was walking away!
For the hot curry lover this really hits the spot! Lamb was so tender absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend.
Everyone was more than happy and dave really appreciates us going over to see him. We didnt hang around tonight as switch was with dave so we headed for our train back over torremolinos.
Its great for dave to catch up with the lunch club and a nice change of scenery for the crew and fun!!
Absolutely fantastic night and the journey is always fun!! Me and lisa tackled last man standing on our own!! We did guinns and new irish jims and siete tablas!! We hit it good style and had a fantastic finish to the night!! A great night for all!!
